Excelsecu Data Technology Co., Ltd. (referred as Excelsecu) was established in 2006 followed by the Nanshan production facility for cryptographic key in 2010 and the Shihui production facility for smart card in 2013 (certified by China Unionpay in 2015, Mastercard in 2017, Visa 2018).
