User Service Agreement

Excelsecu Data Technology Co., Ltd. ("Excelsecu", "we", or "our") operates the www.excelsecu.com website and the Excelsecu Authenticator mobile application(the "Service"). User Service Agreement is signed between Excelsecu DataTechnology Co., Ltd and the users. The agreement has legal effects in contract between you and Excelsecu.
Before using the services provided by us, please carefully read the agreement, especially the clauses including Disclaimer and Limitation of Liabilities, which are shown below, to guarantee that you can fully understand the clauses in the agreement and make discretionary decisions upon risks.
Confirmation and Acceptance of the Agreement
You shall understand that the agreement and related agreements are applicable toExcelsecu and the apps and services independently developed and owned by us in Excelsecu.
After you download Excelsecu software and use the Service, it can be deemed that you have fully read and accepted all clauses of the agreement, and then the agreement comes into effect immediately. The agreement has binding effects on the two parties.
The agreement can be updated by us at any time. Once the amended agreement is declared, it comes into effect immediately and no other notification will be made. After we declare and amend the clauses of the agreement, if you disagree with any amended clause, please immediately stop using Excelsecu Authenticator; otherwise, it shall be deemed that you accept the amended agreement.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").

You know and understand that due to the unsound laws and regulations and policiesin the field of OTP, the OTP in the filed might encounter the major risks includingfailing in cashing, unstable techniques and destruction and so on. We cautiously warn you that you shall rationally hold or dispose any kind of OTP based on yourown financial status and risk preference.
We recommend you use Excelsecu Authenticator in a secure network environmentand to ensure your mobile device is not jailbroken or rooted, so as to avoid any hidden safety loopholes.
Changes to This Agreement
We may update our User Service Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new User Service Agreement on this page.
We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this User Service Agreement.
You are advised to review this User Service Agreement periodically for any changes. Changes to this User Service Agreement are effective when they are posted on this page.
